2. Learned AC to SC 9 for the State and learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Corporation') have assisted the Court.

3. In terms of order dated 23.10.2019, counter affidavit on behalf of the Corporation has been filed giving details of payments made under each head to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the Corporation submitted that copy of the counter affidavit has already been served on learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.19719 of 2019 dt.10-01-2020 2/2 counsel for the petitioner yesterday. In the said affidavit it has also been stated that the admitted dues of post-retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner.

5. In view of the fact that nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and there is also no rejoinder, even after having received copy of the counter affidavit, the Court finds that nothing further remains in the present writ application.
