The petitioner seeks bail in S.T. Case No. 407 of 2017 arising out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 120 of 2017 registered under Sections 307 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is said to have resorted firing upon the informant by means of country made pistol over demand of extortion, but the informant escaped firing, however he sustained gun powder injury on his right leg.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in the case due to land dispute. The doctor has

The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 27.11.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ, FTC 1st, Khagaria in connection with S.T. Case No. 407 of 2017 arising out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 120 of 2017 with the condition that the petitioner shall not commit such occurrence in future.
