The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that earlier prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court on 28.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41382 of 2021.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that earlier prayer of the petitioners was rejected on merit by this Court.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioners is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
