The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2017. Allegation is that a loaded country-made pistol with one cartridge were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16717 of 2018 (2) dt.26-03-2018 P2/ learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No.235 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
