Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and one other person are said to have been caught by the officials of Budha Institute of Dental Science Hospital when they produced forged documents for getting no objection certificate.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that no doubt, the documents stand in the name of petitioner but as a matter of fact, the petitioner was bona fide student of Budha Institute of Dental Science Hospital and as a matter of fact, the said institute gave forged documents to the petitioner the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since 03.07.2019, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patrkarnagar P.S.
