Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
From the referred mobile number, the caller asked for illegal gratification to get favour in Teacher Eligibility Test. The FIR itself reveals that those mobiles are not of the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6730 of 2018 (2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 Station Case No. 418 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
