Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that there is case and counter case for land dispute. The petitioner also sustained injury in the occurrence. Specific allegation of commission of injury at the head is against co-accused Rahul Dutt Trivedi. Allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11059 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Jalalpur Police Station Case No. 109 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
