Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No.140 of 2015, registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner, who was married 20 years ago killed her wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are grown up daughter and son of the petitioner and they have stated that the mother is not of sound mind and used to leave the house invariably and on the alleged day, she was found missing. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Prabhu Ray is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
