The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 354, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that during checking of the vehicle, the petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle along with co-accused Mukesh Singh. It is also alleged against the petitioner that he

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the alleged motorcycle is registered in the name of Rakesh Kumar who was tenant in the house of the Samadhi of the father of the petitioner and he left the house without giving some due amount of rent. He has not filed any F.I.R against theft of motorcycle. Moreover, co-accused Mukesh Singh has already been granted bail by the learned Court below. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.08.2022. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali
