Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of N.D.P.S.Act.
80 Gm. Ganja was allegedly recovered from Gumti said to be of this petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that the recovered quantity comes within small quantity, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Guraru Police
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
