Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are under suspicion in the FIR that they have committed murder of the uncle of the deceased as the deceased was in the habit of living in the company of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation, the petitioner deserves regular bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11498 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) Police Station Case No. 08 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
