2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

3. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 300 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 87, 137(2), 115, 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. As per allegation, the informant's daughter namely Priyanka Kumari had left the house for college to collect information about her admission but she did not return. Later on, it came to light that the informant's daughter (the victim) was seen talking with Ranveer Kumar, the son of the petitioner. The informant asserted that his daughter has been kidnapped by the accused persons including the petitioner for the purpose of

5. Annexing the newspaper cutting/clip learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the son of the petitioner namely Ranveer Kumar has died in jail. The petitioner is innocent and has falsely been made accused in this case merely because she is mother of the main accused. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 14.08.2024.

6. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 300 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court.
