2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 105 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 20, 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the police, on secret information has raided different persons, in which the petitioner is also raided and there is recovery of 800 grams of Ganja from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2025.

5. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery is of small quantity and therefore the petitioner may be granted bail.

6. Considering the recovery of small quantity of Ganja from the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 105 of 2025.

8. After grant of bail, the petitioner may plead guilty before the Special Judge concerned of possessing small quantity of Ganja and after they plead guilty, the Special Judge concerned may consider the same in accordance. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
