2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 (2), 115 (2), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3 (5) of the BNS.

3. As per F.I.R., on 13.10.2025 at 10:00 A.M. due to previous land dispute, the named accused persons including these petitioners abused and assaulted the informant and others. It is further alleged that they entered the house of the informant and took away cash of Rs. 35,000/- and a gold chain of worth Rs. 80,000/- from the neck of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged. Due to admitted land dispute between the parties, a free fight took place in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Doctor has found the injury sustained by the injured simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of injury, clean antecedent of these petitioners and case & counter case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under
