No. 76516 of 2018, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 11.09.2019.

For the reasons mentioned in the present application as also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present application is allowed and the Registry is directed to restore the aforesaid Criminal Misc. application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 76516 of 2018 to its original file subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- by the petitioner before the Patna High Court Legal Aid Committee. The restoration application stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
