Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2017.

Allegation is that the petitioner fired causing injury at the leg of the informant. Investigation is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12358 of 2018 (2) dt.05-03-2018 where the case is pending in connection with K.Hat (Maranga) Police Station Case No.427 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
