The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Sonbersa P.S. Case no. 15 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the direct allegation against the petitioner who along with Md. Usman, Md. Sarwar and Md. Mister are said to have stabbed Md. Afroj as a result of which he died, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail and as such his application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
