JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2023 The District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara has filed a supplementary counter affidavit, which is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that action has been taken against the members of the committee, which had given a wrong report, by way of issuance of a show cause to them and necessary action shall definitely be taken against them, within a period of two weeks from today, with proper intimation to the Registrar General of this Court. It is directed accordingly. 2.

The learned District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, who is present in the Court, has further submitted that the loss suffered by the petitioner, on account of wrongful demolition of a portion

Patna High Court CWJC No.16540 of 2022(5) dt.12-09-2023 2/2 of his house, has been quantified and a cheque for a sum of Rs. 42,801/- is ready for being handed over to the petitioner. Let the said cheque be handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now, the petitioner is not having any subsisting grievances, however, the Respondents be directed to act in future, strictly in accordance with law. It is directed accordingly.
