2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115, 117, 109, 61 and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3.The petitioner, along with other accused persons, is alleged to have assaulted and caused injuries to the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2025 and that some of the co-accused have already been granted bail by this Court.

5. Learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Munger/ concerned Court below in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Neha/- U T
