The petitioner is in custody in connection with Belhar (Khesar) P.S. Case No. 266 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that during medical examination it was found that he has consumed alcohol. The petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
