2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2024 dated 11.03.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have strangulated the informant's daughter to death due to non-fulfillment of demand of Rs. 2 lakh and a motorcycle as dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71040 of 2024(4) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner who is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased. The petitioner neither demanded any dowry nor tortured the informant's daughter. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2024. The co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73967 of 2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Vaishali in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2024, with the condition:-
