2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has received notice (Annexure-2) from the respondent No. 3 for removing encroachment over the land in question. He submits that the ancestor of the petitioner is residing over the land in question since the year 1950.

4. Learned AC to SC 11 submits that the petitioner is required to file reply to Annexure 2 to the writ petition.

5. It appears from the writ petition that the petitioner has not replied to Annexure-2 to the writ petition as yet.

5. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a reply to Annexure-2 of the writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No.16860 of 2022(2) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 before the concerned authority and the authority concerned is directed to examine the matter and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned party.
