The petitioner is in custody in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, a case under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the FIR, petitioner is under suspicion to have committed murder of the father of the informant. Submission is that some other persons, named in the FIR, are also under suspicion and they have been allowed bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court, vide Annexure-2 series. Investigation is already complete and petitioner is ready to co-operate with the trial.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11064 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Beldaur Police Station Case No. 26 of 2015 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
