The accusation is that on search of the Tata Indigo vehicle, which was being driven by the petitioner Dinesh Manji, 59 bottles, each containing 750 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, and 22 bottles, each containing 375 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, were recovered. In the said vehicle, the petitioner Lakki Kumar was found sitting.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners having no criminal antecedents are in custody since 01.11.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada, in connection with G.O.
