JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 21.06.2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P. S. case no. 410/2015 registered under section 366A/34 of the IPC and section 4 of the POCSO Act. Petitioner is named in the FIR but no specific overtact has been attributed against her. The victim has already been recovered and in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C, she made allegation against other accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as keeping in mind that the petitioner is a woman, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the

No.28580 of 2018 (2) dt.21-06-2018 date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Saharsa in Sour Bazar P. S. case no. 410/2015, POCSO case no. 10/2016 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
