The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners. Further submission is that there is no injury report of the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
