2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 145 of 2025 dated 05.07.2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 274, 275 of the B.N.S. and u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. The allegation is of recovery of 12 litres of illicit country made liquor from a hut situated at the village Paraul.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner rather the said recovery is made from the hut which is an open place and accessible to all. Petitioner is not the owner of the said hut. Petitioner has clean

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 145 of 2025, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Madhubani, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S. (Khatim Reza, J) Ranjeet/- U T
