JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the appeal of the petitioner under Section 31(2) of the Bihar Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply & Purchase) Act, 1981 has already been disposed of by an order dated 26.09.2017 and the petitioner has challenged the same before the appellate authority under Section 41(3) of the said Act before the concerned Principal Secretary, hence the concerned Principal Secretary may be directed to dispose of the appeal within a stipulated period.

Accordingly, the order dated 27.09.2018 is modified and the concerned Principal Secretary is directed to dispose of

Patna High Court CWJC No.16402 of 2017(4) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 the pending appeal of the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from today, if not already disposed of.
