JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 19.01.2018 seeks bail in connection with Abadpur P.S.Case No. 04 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 325, 307, 341, 379, 448 504, 506 and 509/34of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that on trivial issue of objection raised for flowing the urine of the she-buffalo, quarrel took place and allegation is of assaulting the informant and her son. Submission is that there is case and counter case in between both sides and there is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Md. Firdosh @ Firdosh Alam, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17718 of 2018 (2) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Jai Shree Kumar, J.M., 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018.
