JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The present application involves issue of payment of arrears determined by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after all formalities arrears was determined and appropriate order for payment of arrears has already been issued by the respondents but the payment is now stuck at the level Treasury Officer, Bhagalpur.

Considering the fact that there is no legal impediment

Patna High Court CWJC No.17889 of 2017(3) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 in payment, the Court directs the Treasury Officer, Bhagalpur to ensure payment of arrears determined by the respondents in favour of the petitioner within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Failure on the part of the respondents shall be viewed seriously.
