The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 401/414 of the Indian Penal Code.
A bag suspected to be a stolen property was recovered from the possession of the petitioner when the petitioner was getting down from a train.
Submission is that no one claimed the said bag and the petitioner was remanded only on suspicion based on criminal antecedent of the petitioner. He is in custody since 20.05.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62690 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No.60 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
