The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No.110 of 2017, a case under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c) and 25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.

The petitioner was the driver of the truck from which 100 kilograms of Ganza was recovered.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of petitioner is refused. The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
