Patna High Court CWJC No.14587 of 2023(2) dt.08-11-2023 2/3 for cultivating and entering the land situated at Mauja Bajitpur (Circle Vidyapatinagar, District Samastipur) and subject matter of Land Ceiling Case No. 40/1973-74 without scrutinizing the adverse claims, if any, strictly in accordance law with b) For a direction upon the respondent authorities to take preventive action and restrain respondent no. 11 and his associates from interfering with the settled peaceful possession of petitioner's family with respect of the land situated at Mauja-Bajitpur (Circle-Vidyapatinagar, DistrictSamastipur) and subject matter of Land Ceiling Case No. 40/1973-74.
c) For a direction upon the respondent authorities to perform their statutory duty and thwart antisocial activities of Respondent No. 11 and his associates and provide adequate security to the petitioner to enjoy peaceful possession and usufructs of land belonging to the petitioner without any interference

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
