2. In deference to the order dated 09.02.2026, learned Senior Advocate for the Bihar School Examination Board (in short 'the Board') has placed a communique contained in Memo No. 35/26, dated 09.02.2026 bringing on record the schedule for

Patna High Court CWJC No.15870 of 2025(5) dt.10-02-2026 2/2 admission of the students in the Non-Government Teachers Training Institutions/Colleges.

Learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner, however, submits that on account of delay caused by the Board in conducting the Diploma in Elementary Education examination, the time schedule prescribed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Maa Vaishno Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya Vs. The State of U.P., reported in, (2013) 2 SCC 617, apparently the Sessions of the petitioner's institution got delayed.

4. Be that as it may, considering the fact that Board has come out with the communique for schedule of admission of the students, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to continue with the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same stands consigned.

5. However, it is expected that in future, the respondent Board shall adhere to the time schedule prescribed by the by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Maa Vaishno Devi Mahila Mahavidyalaya (supra).

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
