Petitioner is accused in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017 registered under Sections 326, 302/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a student. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that final form has been submitted in the case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.08.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
