1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 197 of 2023 registered under Sections 30(a), 30(c) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. From perusal of the seizure list, it appears that the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered from the campus of the school. Petitioner has no concern with the said recovered materials.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74425 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 197 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
