2. The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16769 of 2025.

3. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the anticipatory bail had been granted to the petitioner, wherein one of the conditions was to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. However upon the said verification, it was found that one more case bearing Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 323 of 2022 dated 26.11.2022 was also pending against the petitioner but as a matter of fact, the said case had resulted in a final form bearing Final Form No. 08 of 2023 dated 31.01.2023, a copy of the same has been annexed as Annexure-P/2 to the present application. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72235 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 has been made in paragraph no.8 of the application that till date no cognizance order has been passed by the learned Court concerned differing with the final form as contained in Annexure-P/2. It has further been submitted that other conditions have been complied with as the petitioner has already deposited the sum of Rs.5,000/- in the account of Mahavir Cancer Sansthan, Patna.

4. In such view of the matter, the learned Court concerned is directed to consider that there is no concealment of the criminal antecedent and the antecedent of two cases disclosed earlier is the correct situation.

5. Further, the time to surrender for furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 07.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16769 of 2025 is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
