The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the NDPS Act. It appears that similarly situated co-accused Ravi Kumar Singh and Sunil Kumar Rai have already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.6620 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No.7154 of 2018 respectively.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10444 of 2018 (2) dt.22-02-2018 P2/ No.198 of 2017, corresponding to NDPS Case No.26 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
