Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 780 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/ 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of confessional statement of coaccused. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged stolen motorcycle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 780 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
