2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, the allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner is that they assaulted the informant and his family members due to previous dispute. It is further alleged that the petitioners and co-accused assaulted the informant's wife due to which her hand broke.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this present case due to dirty village politics. There is no specific allegation of commission of murder levelled against the petitioners rather the specific allegation of assaulting to the informant's son is levelled against co-accused persons, namely, Umesh Ram, Rajesh Ram and Umashankar Ram due to which his son sustained injuries and died during treatment. It is further submitted that the petitioners have go no criminal antecedent. Moreover, they are languishing in judicial custody since 16.05.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer of Bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as judicial custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
