1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Gaunaha P. S. Case No.67 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 118(1) and 103(1) of the B.N.S.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case.

4. The Court considered the case of Sariyat Alam Khan @ Sariyat Alam @ Sariyat Khan in Cr. Misc. No.68174 of 2025 and after considering the case in detail and on merits rejected the anticipatory bail application of Sariyat Alam Khan

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69523 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 in which the case of the petitioner also stands discussed. In this case also, process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued.

5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the order dated 10.10.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.68174 of 2025, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. The prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
