Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 688 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of suspicion merely because he happens to be the owner of the motorcycle which was standing near the house of Dhuma Hansda. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
