The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019 registered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63241 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 under Sections 379, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. The specific allegation is against the co-accused persons Krishna Ram and Dwarik Ram. Nothing has been alleged against the petitioners. Further submission is that the injury is found simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 83 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
