2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 336 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation of theft of motorcycle. It is submitted that recovery of the stolen motorcycle has been shown in the seizure list from the verandah of the petitioner which is an open place. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. rather his name has transpired in course of investigation.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged and that the recovery of the stolen
