1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-20.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to fix the grade pay of the petitioner as Headmaster of the school at Rs.4800/- instead of Rs.4600/-, further to direct the respondent authorities to grant the second ACP to the petitioner which is due since 2021 when persons junior to the petitioner have been granted the second ACP and thereafter to direct the respondent authorities that if the aforesaid two reliefs are granted to the petitioner then to fix his pay in grade pay of Rs.5400/- of pertaining to level-9 pay band as other Headmasters are getting.

The learned counsel submits that petitioner has been representing to the authorities continuously for redressal of his grievance, as raised in the instant writ application but then the authorities are not looking into the grievance of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner on 22.05.2024 has represented before the respondent no.3 by registered post but still no action has been taken, on which, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that it may be a possibility that respondent no.3 may not have receive the representation of the petitioner, on which, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he will submit a fresh representation before the respondent no.3, raising all the grievance, for which, the instant writ application was filed on or before 18.11.2024.

4. The writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 that if any representation is filed on behalf of the petitioner or before 18.11.2024, in that event, the respondent no.3 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
