Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the informant. As a matter of fact, they along with their second son are residing separately from the husband of the present informant, and they have no concern with the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63335 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 family affairs of the informant and his husband. Moreover, the husband of the informant has already surrendered and he is in judicial custody. Petitioner have clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
