2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patarghat P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 310(4), 310(5), 132, 109, 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, accused persons are said to have fought with the police. The petitioner is said to have fired at the police team.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2025. He further submits

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Patarighat P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Pastpar Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
