JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bypass P. S. Case No. 195 of 2017 registered under Sections 354, 354-B, 509, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner is alleged to have outraged the modesty of a minor girl aged about 15 years, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
