JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 8.11.2017, seeks bail in Mansi PS Case No. 253 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as another co-accused Shiv Kumar has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 22247 of 2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Babloo Banjara is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Simmi Kujur, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Khagaria in connection with Mansi PS Case No. 253 of 2017 with the following conditions:- (i) one of the bailors shall be a close family member of the petitioner; and (ii) The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on each date and in case of failure to appear on two consecutive dates except because of reasonable cause his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
