The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019, registered under Sections 307, 379, 420 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that five persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner and eight unknown variously armed with weapons reached with the tractor at the filed of the informant, Rajendra Singh, and surrounded him. At that time, Ajit Kumar pointed the licensee rifle at his temporal region and thereafter, Sujit Kuamr got his signature on the plain paper forcibly and this petitioner started to abuse him. In the meantime, on the order of Jairam Singh, all started to cause

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63229 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 injury to him, in which, he fell down. Thereafter, Abhishekh Kumar torn the cloths of his wife and they damaged the paddy by plying the tractor causing loss to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute, title suit is pending in between the petitioner and the informant, who is nephew of the petitioner, the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Moreover, petitioner is accused in five other cases, as detailed in paragraph 3 of the petition but all cases were lodged by the informant and his family members.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
